TipsyKart (MarioKart tournament with Drunk Goggles)

Event Description:
An educational, but super fun event that'll display the dangers of drunk driving through a fun MarioKart tournament! All games will be played with 4 players at a time, while each player will be wearing special goggles that simulate what it would be like to drive while drunk.
